Week 64 - Turkey Week

This week was Thanksgiving, and all the Americans in the zone celebrated in the visitor's house in true Mexican style. With tacos. We ordered 1.5 kilos of taco meat for the five Americans and the one Guatamalan who were there.

We also celebrated in our English Class with pumpkin pie. Not many people here knew why we celebrate thanksgiving, or why tortillas aren't on the menu.

It's been a decent week. All of our investigators with baptismal date asked for more time, so it's possible that we don't baptize before Elder Schmitz goes home. But we're hoping for the best!

We're practicing a musical number for our Christmas conference on the 14th, and we're going to rock it. I'll make sure someone's filming this time!}

Thanks for all the support and emails. They mean a lot to me. They really do help. Have an awesome week!
