Week 62 - Atzinger

We had a good week this week. Not a lot to talk about, honestly. This area is pretty small. We end up just going to the same places all the time, because we only have like ten colonias. But it's fun. Elder Schmitz likes to have fun, and we're finding some good people. I hope we can keep it up.

The two biggest parts of our area are called Altavista and San Anton, but in order to get from one to the other, you can pay money, or go down 150 stairs, then go up 237 stairs. We take a lot of busses.

We had area conference this Sunday, and it was weird to see a bunch of church authorities speaking in Spanish. They talked about giving references to the missionaries, and always having a current temple recommend. They said the temple recommend is like the deed to your Celestial mansion, and not having one is not a blessing.

I read "Our Search for Happiness" again, and it's a great missionary tool. Let your non-member friends read it.
