Elder Calixto (my trainee's trainee), Elder Zetten (My other Trainee) and Elder Fullmer (his trainee) all at Consejo. Elder Fullmer lives in West Jordan and went to Copper Hills |
So we found out on Friday that Elder Cruz and I are gonna be staying together for my last change, and we're going to stay in Galeana. Consejo was really good. The mission is making lots of really awesome changes right now. I also found out that I'll be doubling District/Zone leader this transfer. That'll sure be a blast, but I'll have to relearn how to be a DL because it's been 10 months since I've done it and there have been lots of changes recently.
We had two baptisms this week. On Friday we baptized Innis, and it was really cool. He may not know everything, but he was ready and willing to get baptized and married on the same day. When we baptized him, the water came out bright green. Actually all of the water in the church was green. We have yet to know why.

Saturday we baptized Benjamín. He got baptized, even though his whole family is against the church. We also had yellow water to baptize him. Whenever we refer to his baptism, we refer to it as "the activity" that we had in the church, just so that his siblings don't find out.

I'm going on my last 6 weeks as a missionary for the Church ofJesus Christ. I'm still loving it. I'm doing everything I can to stay focused on the work of the Lord, and "bring many souls unto repentance"
See you soon.
