Week 50 - Pizza Day!

So we didn't do much this week, but on Saturday, we had a youth activity in the branch and made pizza. It was super fun, and a lot of people participated. The branch hardly ever does activities, so they were all for it whan we said we wanted to do it again next week. And they told us not to worry about budget, because they've hardly spent anything on activities, and it's more than halfway through the year. Elder Madueño and I are having a lot of success this week.

One of our investigators, Gaudalupe, and his wife are progressing really well. They have a lot of questions, but Guadalupe is on track for baptism! We just hope he can get his doubts figured out.

We also have a family that wants to get baptized, but the parents aren't married. Their kids are on track for baptism, too, but their parents wouldn't let them go to church yesterday. We've got some investigating to do.

The youth LOVED making pizza

They devoured it.

That's about it for the week.

Working in a branch is really different than a ward, that's for sure.
